Opened in 2002, Eklektos Studios was created to give musical artists locally in Houston and throughout Texas a place to record where the engineers are accomplished musicians. Studios may have great equipment and very talented technical staff, but up until now, not many accomplished musicians or those who understood the artistic temperament were affordable.
Eklektos took the studio that was being built in a local church and went commercial with it. We offer something unique in the Studio Scene, affordable rates and accomplished musicians behind the console to give you, the artist, as little or as much help as you need with your project.
Do you already have a great vision for your song? We can see it through for you. Do you need help putting it together? We've got that covered also. If you are a first timer, our recording space has a great vibe and is as comfortable as your living room—possibly even more comfortable. The studio is an artificial environment and we've done our best to make you comfortable.
Don't know any players to help with your project? We can put you in touch with some of the best players in Houston. We work with a wide variety of styles and are not limited to any one music genre. We specialize in them all. We've recorded Rock, Country, Gospel, Urban Gospel, Hip-hop, Hip-hop producing, Contemporary Worship, Progressive Country, Jazz, Classical, Choral Music, Punk, and even Klezmer and Spanish music.
To sum it up, we basically give you more than just great equipment for a lot less money than the other guys.
